All orders fulfilled within 1 or 2 business days of receipt. This time frame includes the necessary time needed to verify orders prior to being shipped to ensure accurate processing and the best quality of the product.
Orders will normally be fulfilled within 1 or 2 business days of receipt. An additional 2-7 days are then required for delivery depending on shipping method chosen.
Due to our production process and fast fulfillment times, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you put an invalid mailing address or incorrect information, your order will ship to that address and be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated with additional ship charge.
For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment for online transactions: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Yes, but we only offer Standard shipping to international addresses. For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address. Shipping methods are subject to change depending on final destination.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to always ship available items within 2 or 3 business days of order submission. Please allow additional time for shipping, based on your preferred selected shipping method. During periods of increased demand and holidays, you may experience a delay in the shipment of your order depending of the final destinations.

Our main goal is to make product returns easy and hassle-free. We want your experience at www.ThePopIcon.com to be great and satisfying. We will gladly exchange your online purchases of apparel or accessories within 30 days of purchase to ensure your satisfaction. The Pop Icon does not offer refunds. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on our Fashion Lollipops and Refills, seasonal or customized merchandise, nor perishable or food items. 

Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy. We reserve the right to send a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before providing replacements, refunds or credits to help support our quality assurance efforts. This warranty does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident, or misuse.

The Light-Up Candy Sucker NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS.

Instructions to use The Light-Up Candy Sucker FashionPopCandy:

To activate the light, pull, remove and discard the tab located at the bottom left side. Push the button once and the light will turn on and blink for 15 to 20 seconds, then automatically turn off. Push the button twice and the light will stay on until you push the bottom again.  Enjoy and handle with care.

Remove and discard the candy safety seal located at the bottom edge of the clear candy protector dome. Pull the dome off to eat the candy and snap it back on to protect the uneaten candy part for later and handle with care.

Requirements for Storing Candy: 
Storage Conditions: Temperature <30°C, Humidity <60% in sealed packing
Shelf Life is 18 months approximately.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

Instructions to use The Light-Up Sucker Candy Refills:
To replace the used up sucker candy with a new one, grasp the clear plastic candy base and unscrew it counter-clockwise to remover if from the handle unit.
Take one of the new candy Refills and screw it clockwise onto the threaded shaft at the top of handle, until it’s snug. Do not over tighten it. Handle with care.
Remove and discard the candy Safety Seal located at the bottom edge of the clear candy protector Dome.
Pull the Dome off to eat the candy, and snap it back on to protect the uneaten part for later and Handle with care.

◦Purchase a FashionPopCandy and a Refill Candy Packages then star to find many different way to promote your FashionPopCandy under your special code that will be assigned after your account is been approved.


There are many ways to earn income with products of The Pop Icon. You can choose your own way to sell our products under you special code without making any investment from your own pocket. All you need is marketing skills, creativity, and the support of The Pop Icon community.
